Working at St Mary's Primary School
St Mary’s Primary School, Oxted, is a wonderful place to work, and many of our staff choose to remain with us for a significant part of their careers. Colleagues consistently tell us that it is a happy, supportive environment, where our shared values underpin everything we do and create a strong sense of community.
From time to time, staff move on to new opportunities, and we then seek new colleagues who are committed to upholding our high standards and contributing positively to our school. We are always pleased to hear from individuals who may be interested in joining our team, even if there is not currently a vacancy that matches their experience. With your permission, we would be happy to retain your details and contact you should a suitable opportunity arise.
We warmly welcome volunteers into our school, recognising the valuable contribution they make in supporting our children and enriching school life in a variety of ways.
If you would like to arrange a visit or discuss how you could become part of our team in the future, please contact the school office and a member of the Senior Leadership Team will arrange a time for you to have a chat or visit our school.
