Governor Register of Interests

All school governors are required to complete a Register of Interests. This is a formal record of any roles, relationships, or financial interests that could potentially influence, or be perceived to influence, their decision-making as a governor.

The register typically includes details such as employment, business interests, relationships with school staff, and any affiliations that may present a conflict of interest. It is reviewed regularly and updated as needed.

Maintaining this register promotes transparency, accountability, and integrity within the governing body, ensuring that decisions are made in the best interests of the school and its pupils.
