We provide a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum that is designed to develop the whole child academically, socially, emotionally, physically, morally and spiritually.

Our curriculum is carefully sequenced to build knowledge, skills and understanding over time, ensuring that all pupils, including the most disadvantaged and those with additional needs, achieve well. Teachers have strong subject knowledge and use effective pedagogical approaches to support pupils in knowing more, remembering more and doing more. Through our golden thread of Progression, pupils build on prior learning and develop the confidence and competence needed to be successful at every stage of their education.

We actively promote Confidently Me by developing confident, articulate and independent learners. Through a strong focus on Oracy, pupils are taught to communicate effectively, express their ideas with confidence and engage thoughtfully with the views of others. They are encouraged to be resilient, reflective and resourceful, understanding that challenge is an essential part of learning and growth.
